An excellent conditioning class which tones and strengthens the core abdominal muscles and associated muscle group. Shake your inhibitions away! This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Salsa Step
A conditioning class that will work you both aerobically and through resistance exercises. Its sexy salsa dance and step rolled into one. By incorporating salsa dance warm up and then moving onto the step it will shape your body. You will have fun and get fit. No previous dance experience necessary. This class will help define and tone all major muscle groups. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. |
