At Lifeline Fitness Oxted we have fitness classes to suit all fitness levels. Whatever your abilities you can find classes you can enjoy - and all included within the price of your membership.
Fitness Classes include:
- Spin*- The Ultimate Cardio workout for all ability levels. Indoor cycle in time with the music!
- Step - A steady cardio workout with choreographed stepping patterns using an elevated platform (step)
- Body Conditioning - A range of high and low intensity workouts with body conditioning elements including hand weights
- Boxercise - Circuit style class including boxing style stations
- Combat - Martial arts based workout, combining moves and stances developed from a range of self defence disciplines
- Studio Circuits - Multi Station exercise class including cardio and strength training
- Running Club - Caters for all levels running outside
- Nordic Walking - Regular outside walking made up to 50% more effective with the use of specifically designed Nordic Walker poles
- Pump and Tone - Cardio and body sculpting session to tone all major muscle groups
- Dance Beats - Cardio workout with dance moves and music
- Pilates - Mind and body workout which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lenghten and strengthen muscles.
- Back Care - Specifically designed rehabilitation class using Pilates method for people with back problems.
