This is a 45-60 min resistance based class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition all major muscle groups. The class focuses on each muscle group using a pre-choreographed routine to music. A 45min class will focus on Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Ab’s and will also include a warm up and cool down. The 60min class will incorporate specific tracks for your Biceps and Triceps. Also promotes fat burning alongside endurance strength and â€˜wellness benefits’.
