This is a 45-60 min resistance based class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition all major muscle groups. The class focuses on each muscle group using a pre-choreographed routine to music. A 45min class will focus on Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Ab’s and will also include a warm up and cool down. The 60min class will incorporate specific tracks for your Biceps and Triceps. Also promotes fat burning alongside endurance strength and ‘wellness benefits’. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
